Questions
Is the app free?
Yes. The app is free to install. Your organization's Smart CRM plan decides which features you can use.
How do I sign in?
Use the work email your organization registered you with. We send a one-time code to it - there is no password to remember. If your email is not recognised, ask your organization's admin to add you.
Is it the same account as the website?
Yes. The app and the website show exactly the same data, so you can switch between your phone and your computer at any time.
